Ok

Ok, Its all Ok.

I’m here in the North of Mexico and what a different world it is.

I am noticing a distinct change from the south, as is normally the case. I would say that Monterrey is ugly on the inside but beautiful on the outside. But really only the periphery, with it’s massive and magnificent mountains surrounding the 5million some odd Mexicanos y Mexicanas. The Sierra Madre starts here and spans the entire country from North to South.

I am gone, expatriated

but I cannot shed a tear, because my sweat has diluted the possibility

The sol is wanning but the calor is not waiting, it is here.

South versus North,

Reyos and chilengos

Palenque is calling, the next flight I will be on

My new climate is warm and my hair as curly as Arturo’s

My mind straight as Betos

and my rastas’ unwinding, Julio’s missin them from atop his head

My heart split in three

Why is love so complicated, between friends or just me, and this blog

This is not Africa it is Mexico,

Perhaps a cold day in Chad,

worries from Mom and Dad…

I am all I can be,

and at the centre am joven, but with the courage of a 23 year old

This is Mexico, and new beginnings, no friends to call or car to stall,

cellular off the grid,

I couldn’t be happier than if I were a kid,

7 years old or grade 7 a hormonic toll

on the 13th commences, as of now it is all trances

Be with me and hope for the best.

I have found a new nest but it has yet to be filled.

I’m up for the thrill.

peace
